The intrinsic magnetization of the ordered state permits these unusual and rarely observed manifestations of Onsager’s theorem when time reversal symmetry is broken at zero applied field. Here we study two classes of ferromagnetic materials, rare-earth magnets with high intrinsic coercivity and antiferromagnetic pyrochlores with strongly-pinned ferromagnetic domain walls, which both exhibit antisymmetric magnetoresistive behavior. By mapping out the peculiar angular variation of the antisymmetric galvanomagnetic response with respect to the relative alignments of the magnetization, magnetic field, and electrical current, we experimentally distinguish two distinct underlying microscopic mechanisms: namely, spin-dependent scattering of a Zeeman-shifted Fermi surface and anomalous electron velocities. Our work demonstrates that the anomalous electron velocity physics typically associated with the anomalous Hall effect is prevalent beyond the ρxy(Hz) channel, and should be understood as a part of the general galvanomagnetic behavior.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Nature Research"}]},"item_10001_relation_13":{"attribute_name":"PubMedNo.","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"info:pmid/31924787","subitem_relation_type_select":"PMID"}}]},"item_10001_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"info:doi/10.1038/s41467-019-14057-6","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_10001_relation_16":{"attribute_name":"情報源","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_text":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/"}]}]},"item_10001_relation_17":{"attribute_name":"Related site","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-14057-6#Abs1","subitem_relation_type_select":"URI"}}]},"item_10001_rights_15":{"attribute_name":"Rights","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"© 2020 The Author(s)."}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2041-1723","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10001_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"Author's flag","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2020-02-26"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"Wang-2020-Antisymmetric linear magnetoresistan.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"991.2 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","license_note":"Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"Wang-2020-Antisymmetric linear magnetoresistan","url":"https://oist.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1204/files/Wang-2020-Antisymmetric linear magnetoresistan.pdf"},"version_id":"82755d6a-8e2c-4876-abad-70e862b4f7be"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Antisymmetric linear magnetoresistance and the planar Hall effect","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Antisymmetric linear magnetoresistance and the planar Hall effect","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"28","path":["71"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2020-02-26"},"publish_date":"2020-02-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"1204","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Antisymmetric linear magnetoresistance and the planar Hall effect"],"weko_creator_id":"28","weko_shared_id":28},"updated":"2023-06-26T11:52:15.961586+00:00"}
